RACHA is a local NGO primarily funded by USAID to implement broad-based Community Maternal and Child Health program in Cambodia for FY 2009-2013. It is currently seeking a qualified Cambodian national for the following positions:
POSITION: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (1 Position)
CONTRACT TYPE: FIXED TERM
DUTY STATION: PHNOM PENH
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing health field surveys: process the questionnaires and coordinate with the units concerned; check indicators and determine the sample respondents using random selection technique.

• Facilitate field supervision when conducting health surveys using the questionnaires and checklist.

• Write a report on field activities during the survey and submit it to PC and M&E Team Leader.

• Assist in encoding and tabulating the data collected from the survey.

• Assist in cleaning the data and generating the result of survey.

• Keep track the assessment results.

• Coordinate special activities as requested;

• Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS FACTORS:

• Medical background is preferable.

• At least 2 years experience in research/assessment activities.

• Good communication skills and interpersonal

• A working knowledge of English;

• Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, SPSS data processing.

• Willing to work at the community and remote area and be able to travel by motorbike.
