RACHA, Reproductive and Child Health Alliance a local NGO primarily financed by USAID, RACHA’s vision is working to be a leading and dynamic Local NGO which advances the health of the Cambodian people through sustainable, relevant, and responsive broad-based health programs in line with Ministry of Health (MoH) policies and donors’ strategies. . It is currently seeking for a qualified Cambodian national for the following positions that are now available. All positions are based in Prey Veng Province: |

| POSITION: | CAPACITY BUILDING OFFICER (7 Positions) |
| CONTRACT TYPE: | FIXED TERM |
| DUTY STATION: | Prey Veng |
| ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: | |
• Work cooperating with partners MOH and other health partners/PRDD/DWA to promote the community involvement in health service utilization; • Assist and coordinate with count part to conduct QI/COPE/HIS and monitoring in till the problem was solved; • Work linkage with HCs, RH and communities to assure the quality of health services delivered; • Once effective implementation of health insurance activities have been refined in focus areas; • Work with the local staff from PHD, ODs in preparing work plan, preparing proposals for activities, and encouraging counterpart participation in the activities; • Track and document RACHA’ s behaviour change activities in order to assist in preparation of monthly; quarterly; semi and annual reports; • Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with local health officials at PHD, ODs, and HCs levels, and/or other government agencies, to keep them informed of current operations and planning of expansion. |

| QUALIFICATIONS FACTORS: | |
• Medical background (MA or its equivalent is preferred); • At lease two year of working with community to improve health; • Good communication skill and interpersonal; • Willing to work at the community and remote areas; • Be able to travel by motorbike; • Fluency in English and Khmer, both written and spoken |
