RACHA is a local NGO primarily funded by USAID to implement broad-based community Maternal and Child Health program in Cambodia for FY 2009-2013. It is currently seeking a qualified Cambodian national for the following positions |

| POSITION: | INFECTIOUS DISEASES OFFICER (1 Position) |
| CONTRACT TYPE: | FIXED TERM |
| DUTY STATION: | Smach Meanchey OD (Koh Kong) |
| ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: | |
• Design and assist with the ongoing development and implementation of ID/HIV/AIDS activities; • Design and implement a follow-up field support, supervision and monitoring system; • Assist in the ongoing support, monitoring and evaluation of the quality of training provided; • Foster the link between infectious diseases activities at community, and health facility; • Coordinate and link with National program relevant MoH in each RACHA focus provinces, NGO partners; • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations or workshops to disseminate key findings of activities to RACHA partner; |

| QUALIFICATIONS FACTORS: | |
• Medical background (MA or its equivalent is preferred); • At least 2 years experience in TB DOTS and/or STD/HIV/AIDS, and malaria activities; • Knowledge of MoH policies regarding ID/HIV/AIDS and the MoH’s national program; • Knowledge of on-going ID/HIV/AIDS prevention programs; • Good organizational skills and ability to support and facilitate rural health education activities; • Knowledge of the culture and organization of rural Cambodian communities; • Fluency in English and Khmer, both written and spoken and use computer (Ms. Word and Excel); • Experience with working, collaborating and providing training to MoH staff. |
