RACHA is a local NGO primarily funded by USAID to implement broad-based community Maternal and Child Health program in Cambodia for FY 2009-2013. It is currently seeking a qualified Cambodian national for the following positions |

| POSITION: | COMMUNITY HEALTH SUPPORT SCHEME OFFICER (1 Position) |
| CONTRACT TYPE: | FIXED TERM |

| ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: | |
• Assist in the design of RACHA supported CHSS activities; • TA to our partners on implementation of CHSS such as village and family survey release loan as well. • Facilitate or coordinate of deposit and withdrawal and tracking the flow of credit capital. • Assist credit agents to select VCC and conduct training on credit principle. • Facilitate and coordinate of using credit interest in effectively and efficiency and monitor of progress. • Maintain a good relationship and communication with CHSS partner agencies such as PRDD, DAW, MOH staff and RACHA staff; • Identify developing programs and issues in the CHSS activities and report them to the PC and related units |

| QUALIFICATIONS FACTORS: | |
• Bachelor degree in finance/accounting or other related field in health is a plus; • 3 years relevant experiences in supervision position with proven middle management skills in planning, reporting and project implementation. • Strong knowledge in micro-finance design; • Ability to enjoy travel to rural communities; • Good interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to work well with government, national and international organizations agencies; • Command a working knowledge of computer (word processing, excel and graph presentation). |
