RACHA is a local NGO primarily funded by USAID to implement broad-based Community Maternal and Child Health program in Cambodia for FY 2009-2013. It is currently seeking a qualified Cambodian national to fill the following job vacancies:
POSITION: SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (2 Positions)
CONTRACT TYPE: FIXED TERM
DUTY STATION: PHNOM PENH
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Database analysis, database design and testing.

• Database Implementation and Database Maintenance.

• Perform Database Administration.

• Provide Data Assurance and User Services to database client.

• Hands on Database Training
QUALIFICATIONS FACTORS:

• Bachelor degree of Information Technology.

• At least three years post-graduate experience in maintaining information systems, preferably in a health-related field.

• Knowledge of database development methodologies, design, and implementation are required;

• Experience in administrating and developing relational database using MS SQL Server and MS Access and Dot Net Programming is highly desirable.

• Experience in training users on the use of software and hardware.

• Experience maintaining WAN and LAN, computer hardware and software

• Demonstrate experience and success in working with international organizations and government officials desirable

• Fluency in English, including documentation of competency in both written and spoken language.
