    Jan 2003 MOH/IMCI/WHO/UNICEF IMCI Mother's Home Care Card A 4-page leaflet used to counsel mothers with sick children at the health center. The Home Care Card describes ways to care for sick children, gives infant and young child feeding recommendations, and describes danger signs of severly ill children.
