Menh Saren has worked over 10 years in Monitoring and Evaluation, experiencing in various projects under MCH, Nutrition and Implementation of Social Accountability Framework (ISAF) with RACHA and MyHealth project funded by UNICEF; 8 years in tertiary education as a lecturer of arts in English at local universities.
