Lavan Ngeth manages several essential RACHA teams, including Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement, and Reception Services. Lavan has more than 23 years of leadership experience, and before joining RACHA in 1998, Lavan worked for Save the Children Norway. Lavan helps RACHA meet the many budget requirements from our many partner organizations, government ministries, and donor agencies.
