Thach Lykhann has worked over 20 years with RACHA, experiencing excludes: 6 years as a member of PSC, trainer and coacher on I-SAF; 8 years in providing technical assistance, coordination, supervision, planning, and general management on MCH Activities in collaboration with MoH and other OI/LNGO Partners; 8 years as Provincial Coordinator, coordinating field works with the government on MCH activities and infectious diseases in Siem Reap Province; Besides, 3 years as Technical Bureau Chief with government assisted planning, budgeting, monitoring and overall management for SR PHD.
