Working in tandem with the national medical education system and international partners, RACHA fosters the development of qualified and knowledgeable health professionals who are essential to an effective health system. RACHA renovated clinical training centers for undergraduate midwifery and nursing students, and updated or acquired new equipment, such as beds, tables, chairs, and books to meet the national standards. RACHA also supports midwives at referral hospitals and health centers through trainings, meetings and workshops. As a vital partner in health system strengthening, RACHA plays a critical auxiliary role to ensure educated, effective, and confident health professionals.
