David Awcock 

is an experienced health manager who has worked in Cambodia since 1997, He has worked with the World Health Organization, Health Unlimited, Comite International de l'Ordre de Malte, and VSO (Voluntary Service Overseas), where he has managed projects and overseen their completion. In 2008, he assessed a community health insurance scheme for RACHA and was an important advisor to the continuation of the program. Currently, besides sitting on a member of RACHA's Board of Directors, Mr. Awcock continues to work with Mday Reak Reay, Maternal Newborn and Child Health NGO in Preah Vihear that he helped to launch.
