Sol Sowath has worked over 19 years to be part of the Reproductive and Child Health Alliance (RACHA) management team, starting as Provincial Coordinator to Monitoring and Evaluation team leader of various projects under MCH, Community-MNCH, Reproductive and Sexual Health, Infectious Diseases, HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Food Fortification, Empowering Community for Health and Implementation of Social Accountability (ISAF) project. Nine (9) years services at Kampot Provincial Health Department in several tasks, provincial TB program supervisor, Provincial MCH chief and technical bureau chief. Two (2) years as general surgeon at 19 June Military Hospital of Battambang Province.
