Sam Kompheak has served more than 20 years with RACHA, experiencing: 4 years in communication to promote SBC changes, as a secretary and Implementation of Social Accountability Framework, 3 years on immediate newborn care (INC) training and coaching; 3 years as a Short Term Expert to strengthen signal functions of EmONC, a MUSKOKA Project awarded to RACHA by GFA/ GIZ. Over 9 years as coordinator of several programs: Helping Baby Breathe, SBA and NRP sponsored by USAID/ LDSC, in collaboration with National NMCHC to provide technical support on training, coaching, and distribution neonatal resuscitation devices Nationwide; A parts, 2 years with TB OPD and In-patient wards, including all works related to translation of medical documents, and oral for expatriate medical doctors, donors, UNTAC Mission, US. Marine Medical Corps and ministries. 6 years on Oral Health Care Program.
