Mrs. Em Ponna serves as a chairperson of RACHA's Board of Directors. Born in Phnom Penh, she currently lives in Pursat with her family. She has a great deal of experience working with women's issues. From 1979 to 1993, she worked at the Pursat Women's Association, working her way up to the Deputy Department. From there, she became the Director of Provincial Women's Affairs for Pursat Province. Now, in addition to being on RACHA's board, she is a member of the National Parliament Assembly for Pursat.
