Juliet has worked with RACHA since 2006 as Research and M&E Adviser and was also assigned to work as Project Assistant of RACHA-GFA Rights-based FP and Maternal Health project funded by GIZ in 2013-2015. She is an associate member of the National Research Council of the Philippines. While in Cambodia, she conducted nationwide research on neonatal resuscitation and wrote other researches on Helping Babies Breathe (HBB), Behavior Change Communication (BCC), water and sanitation, etc. She also wrote an article entitled: Development of Accounting Practices in Cambodia published in The Routledge Handbook of Accounting in Asia by Routledge, New York, 2018. She earned the following degrees in the Philippines: BS in Commerce major in Accounting, Master in Business Administration, Doctor of Management, and Juris Doctor. She worked in the Philippines as a graduate school lecturer, thesis, and dissertation adviser and as Dean of the College of Business and Accountancy of a state university; and previously a business manager of a tertiary hospital.
